As Birmingham’s urban renewal continues, this event will focus on current considerations for developers, lenders, contractors, and other real estate professionals as they pursue urban redevelopment projects from start to finish. The seminar will cover land acquisition, title clearance, financing and tax incentives, environmental considerations, construction issues related to historic properties, and sustainability considerations. The panels represent a cross-section of the real estate industry and include both public and private voices.
