California Consumer Privacy Act Panel

This discussion will cover the requirements, exceptions, and enforcement measures currently in place for the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).  In addition, the panel will make observations about the potential for CCPA as a compliance/litigation trap and issues pertaining to federal preemption.
