OFAC Awakens the Crypto Community to Sanctions Compliance

OFAC's expectations for compliance with US sanctions did not begin with the addition of wallet address to the SDN (sanctions) list and has awakened the crypto community to the realities of sanctions compliance.  What steps should organizations take to address past violations and ensure compliance in the future.  What are the implications to non-compliance?
