Update of U.S. Data Privacy Law

This session provides a broad overview of data privacy law in the United States, including federal and state statutes and standards. This session also covers recent and pending updates to privacy law, including proposed changes to the NC identity theft statute, California’s Consumer Privacy Act and regulatory orders and opinions.
