CCPA Roundtable Discussion: Update on Recent Amendments and Q&A on Final Compliance Issues

The California Legislature has issued the final amendments to the CCPA, and the Governor of California signed them into law on Friday, October 11. Additionally, on Thursday, October 10 the California AG released proposed regulations to govern compliance with the CCPA. In anticipation of the final legislation, Bradley will host a roundtable luncheon on November 7 to discuss what companies need to do from now until the end of the year to comply with the final legislation which will go into effect on January 1, 2020. The discussion will include Q&A with Bradley privacy attorneys Erin Illman, Steve Snyder, Daniel Fortune, and Ty Dedmon. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask our attorneys about recent amendments, concerns and gray areas of the law, and walk through final issues as the compliance deadline approaches.
