Stark and Anti-Kickback Regs Update

Bradley partners, Dan Murphy and Judd Harwood, will discuss the Regulatory Sprint to Coordinated Care put forward by the Department of Health and Human Services, and jointly coordinated by CMS and the OIG. The resulting proposed rules represent the most significant federal fraud and abuse regulatory changes in 15 years. In this presentation, Dan and Judd will provide a summary of CMS’s and the OIG’s proposals with an emphasis on how proposed changes could expand providers’ opportunities to pursue business models and specific care coordination practices that have to date been subject to regulatory uncertainty.
