The Mississippi Bar’s Intellectual Property, Entertainment & Sports Law Section will present a teleseminar titled “Congress and the Executive Branch: Their Recent Roles in Shaping Intellectual Property” on Wednesday, December 4, 2019. Hear IP lawyers discuss recent and pending legislation affecting intellectual property as well as key rulings and regulations at the Copyright Office and Patent and Trademark Office affecting IP holders. Included will be a discussion of pending legislation setting up a low-cost alternative to expensive copyright litigation.
