Project Management Contracted

The idea of this program is to present and discuss the pros and cons of outsourced project management. Each presentation will be followed by froup discussion, Q&A and sharing of best practices. 

Finding the right project management support: In-House/ Outsourced / or a Hybrid
Regardless of project type and cost/size, project management done right takes a tremendous amount of effort, thought and skill. Managing the internal client or user group, avoiding schedule and/or scope creep, and leading cost control efforts are among the many heavy lifts, but who is going to do this work?

Project/facility Owners are invited to join the COAA-TX Chaapter at their 2020 COAA-TX Owner Forum, where you will hear how other Owners organizations are tackling this very issue.
