FAR 101: Ethical Standards in Government Contracts

Patrick Quigley and Erin Sullivan presented a D.C. Bar continuing legal education program regarding ethical considerations in government contracting.  Among other topics, they covered the False Claims Act, the Procurement Integrity Act, the FAR 52.203-3(a) gratuities clause, personal and organizational conflicts of interest, and the Mandatory Disclosure Rule.
