Upper-year students in a criminal law and procedure seminar about prosecuting public corruption cases learned about defending white collar cases from two experienced defense practitioners. The lecture covered topics including managing clients, investigating cases and analyzing discovery materials, developing a trial strategy, motions practice, and preparing for trial.
