The passage of the CARES Act resulted in the implementation of multiple lending programs to assist businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This presentation provides an overview of the Small Business Administration’s Paycheck Protection Program and Economic Injury, Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) and the Main Street Lending Program, including the application process, loan terms, eligible applicants and associated hot topics.
