Looking Back & Looking Ahead: Five Years Post-Tanco/Obergefell
LGBT Annual Forum 2020; Tennessee Bar Association
This year's LGBT Law Forum falls on the fifth anniversary of the monumental Obergefell v. Hodges ruling and we will devote the program to this landmark decision.
The team who assisted with and argued Obergefell in the U.S. Supreme Court will reunite to examine this important case, giving insight into the preparation and proceedings which ultimately led to guaranteeing marriage rights for all Americans. Do not miss this once in a lifetime opportunity to learn about, discuss and celebrate this milestone in the history of gay rights with the team that made it possible.
This program will be filed for Tennessee CLE credit. Please contact TBA for Georgia, Mississippi and Alabama credit.
