Bradley Partner Jay Bender will speak at the 2020 Alabama Military Law Symposium on Friday, July 24 to discuss the HAVEN Act, which protects the economic security of disabled veterans experiencing financial hardship. Jay was instrumental in drafting and helping to turn into law the “Honoring American Veterans in Extreme Need Act of 2019” (HAVEN Act; H.R. 2938).
