12:00 PM-1:00 PM EST

As the government provides new resources and loosens prior regulatory restrictions to allow health care practitioners greater flexibility in combating COVID-19, it will no doubt look with a close eye to make sure these new resources and the leeway provided are not abused. This webinar will focus on new legislation and regulatory guidance affecting health care providers and clinical laboratory testing in the wake of COVID-19 that will likely be the subject of government scrutiny and future enforcement actions. The speakers will provide an overview of these newly enacted measures and provide practical insight in advising clients on proactive internal compliance measures to avoid adverse actions from government enforcement and administrative agencies. They will also explore attorney-client privilege considerations related to the involvement of in-house counsel in government investigations and enforcement actions.
