On Thursday, January 14 Bradley partner Tripp Haston will address Baylor University School of Law’s Litigation Management LLM program candidates. Mr. Haston will be joined in his presentation by Ms. Elizabeth Gibson, Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Product & Legal Risk Support for Toyota Motor North America. Mr. Haston and Ms. Gibson will address the LLM program candidates on the subject of Complex Litigation from a Defense Perspective to share their respective experiences and insights on handling the many issues and challenges of complex, multi-district litigation and related proceedings.
