Last year, industry rose to the challenge of meeting the unprecedented surge in payment forbearance requests by consumers impacted by the pandemic. As the economy begins to recover and borrowers return to work, servicers now face the equally daunting challenge of assisting borrowers exiting forbearance. Hear from servicing experts as they discuss key legal and compliance considerations, including proposed changes to servicing requirements recently announced by the CFPB, for servicers in the post-pandemic environment.
