Collective Litigation Procedures and Recent Trends

Tripp Haston, a partner and co-chair of the Life Sciences Industry Team at Bradley Arant, will address the International Association of Defense Counsel's European Regional Conference. Mr. Haston will be the sole American attorney to speak at the conference and will address collective litigation procedures and recent trends, a current focus in European legal circles. The International Association of Defense Counsel is an invitation-only global professional association for attorneys who represent corporate and insurance interests and Mr. Haston serves as a member of its Board of Directors.
