Returning to Cookeville is the annual Court Square CLE program. Speakers at this year’s program include Nathan Ridley, who leads Bradley Arant Boult Cummings' government relations and lobbying practice, will present a review of the 2014 legislative session with an emphasis on matters of concern to the general practitioner, as well as the upcoming constitutional amendments on the November ballot, and a look into the crystal ball for the 2015 legislative session. Parke Morris will present on medical malpractice. Parke has handled a number of high-profile cases for clients in Tennessee involving wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury. Mary Dee Allen will present on FMLA. Mary's practice focuses on HR compliance audits, employee handbooks, and wage and hour issues.
