Brett Carter presented to the Denver Chapter of the TEI on procedural issues related to state and local tax challenges and controversies. The 3-hour course identified focused on avoiding tax controversies, if possible, and then walked state tax professionals through handling multistate tax disputes from audit all the way through state appellate courts.
