Tennessee Bar Association's 27th Annual Health Law Forum

This two-day seminar will present the latest in healthcare law from leading private practitioners and representatives from the Department of Justice. Topics covered will include hospital/physician integration, fraud and abuse, ethics, HIPAA/HITECH, Government and Defense Counsel perspectives on Healthcare Fraud and Enforcement, 2015 Tennessee health law/legislative updates, Healthcare Antitrust Basics and the St. Luke's Decision, plus much more.  

Lauren Jacques will present a session on Real Estate Compliance, along with Lynn Carter Wilson of HCA.

Travis Lloyd will present on legal ethics as part of a panel that includes Tim Chinaris (Belmont University College of Law), Philip Pomerance (Best Practices Inpatient Care, Ltd.), and Sheree Wright (Vanderbilt University Office of the General Counsel).
