ShoLodge Shareholder Sues Company Founder

Boult Cummings attorneys, Gino Bulso, Melissa Alexander and Joel Eckert, are representing ShoLodge founder and CEO, Leon Moore, and other directors in a lawsuit brought against them by ShoLodge shareholder, Greenwood Capital LP. While the defendants have not filed a formal answer to the claim, they have filed a motion to force Greenwood to reveal its partners or else dismiss the case for lack of jurisdiction. Senior U.S. District Judge John Nixon is currently reviewing this motion.
