Ann Peldo Cargile Elected to Serve on ACREL Board of Governors

Ann Peldo Cargile has been elected to the Board of Governors of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).  ACREL is the premier organization of U.S. real estate lawyers, whose nationally-known lawyers have been elected to membership for their outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law.

Cargile is a member at the law firm of Boult Cummings. She regularly represents local and national lenders and developers in the acquisition, financing and sale of real estate projects, including condominiums, planned unit developments, office buildings and parks, and retail centers. She has been recognized for her real estate practice in national publications, including The Best Lawyers in America® 2008  and Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business 2007 and Mid-South Super Lawyers 2006  for real estate.  She also was named to "Heavy Hitters in Commercial Real Estate" (October 2005) and "Best of the Bar" (August 2007) by the Nashville Business Journal   and "Commercial Real Estate 150" (November 2005) and "150 Best Lawyers" (January 2007) by Business Tennessee  magazine.
