Rhonda Caviedes and Ty E. Dedmon Members of Future Leaders Forum

Rhonda Caviedes and Ty E. Dedmon, both Attorneys in the firm's Birmingham office, were accepted into the Birmingham Bar Association's Future Leaders Forum. The forum's mission is to cultivate leaders among a group of motivated attorneys who have been practicing 3 – 7 years. The Forum will focus on concepts that help define leaders, such as:

• Defining the highest ethical standards for those in the legal profession
• Encouraging diversity in the practice of law
• Honing relationship-building skills
• Developing knowledge of the community we serve
• Promoting public trust and confidence in our judicial system
• Balancing work and life
