Bruce Ely and James Long Publish Legislative Summary

Bruce Ely and James Long, both members of the firm's SALT practice group in the Birmingham office, co-wrote the "Legislative Summary of Alabama’s 2009 Regular Session." The summary was included in this month's issue of the Journal of State Taxation, published by CCH. It summarizes the tax bills that passed the Alabama Legislature during the 2009 regular session and have been signed into law, as well as, legislation failing to pass that will likely be reintroduced during the next legislative session.
