David W. Clark Serves Multiple Roles with ABA

David W. Clark, a partner in the firm's Jackson office has been elected to Council of ABA Section of Litigation for the term 2009-2012. David also serves as the Fifth Circuit representative on the ABA's Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary for the term 2008-2011. He is also the Mississippi State's Delegate to the ABA's governing body, the House of Delegates.
