Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Ranked Among the Top Trademark Firms

The firm’s Intellectual Property practice has just been ranked among the top trademark firms for 2009 by leading industry publication Intellectual Property Today. Of the 277 firms listed nationwide, Bradley Arant Boult Cummings is ranked 111 and is one of the highest ranked Southeastern-based law firms. The Intellectual Property Today ranking is based on the number of trademark applications that matured to registration at the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2008.
