Paul Ware Quoted in Law360 Article "Deal Contract Language Revamped After Meltdown"

Paul S. Ware, a mergers and acquisitions partner in the Birmingham office, was quoted in the Law360.com article titled, “Deal Contract Language Revamped After Meltdown.”  The article discusses the changes in structure and provisions of transactions due to the financial meltdown. In regard to this, Paul said, “You want your transaction to reflect reality, and the reality has changed. And now we’re trying to have our documents match up to and reflect reality.”
