Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Expands E-discovery Capabilities with Addition of David Deusner

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce David Deusner has joined the firm as Director of Litigation Support and E-discovery Services. Deusner most recently provided consulting services to several clients on e-discovery matters prior to joining Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP. He had previously been an e-discovery project manager on several high profile matters with Keats, McFarland & Wilson LLP of Beverly Hills, California.

With David’s arrival, we are now one of the few firms in the region to offer a full range of litigation support services to our clients, including e-discovery.”

In his position at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, Deusner will oversee all litigation support services at the firm, and take on a project management role for large, complex cases. He is a member of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model Project Management group, which is tasked with establishing standardized principles for project management teams as they relate to the field of e-discovery. In previous positions, he managed large teams of attorneys and paralegals, handling all aspects of litigation support and e-discovery for complex national and international matters. Deusner has also developed and implemented e-discovery best practices for both law firms and their clients.

Deusner holds a JD from DePaul University College of Law and a BBA from Belmont University.
