Rob Couch, counsel in the firm’s Birmingham office, is quoted in the article titled “Ginnie to Allow One-Loan Pools,” outlines an initiative under consideration at Ginnie Mae aimed at helping smaller lenders through a single-loan program. Couch is former President of Ginnie Mae and a past Mortgage Bankers Association chairman.
