About Benchmark Litigation
Benchmark Litigation is the definitive guide to America’s leading firms and attorneys, and the only publication on the market to focus exclusively on litigation in the U.S. Its researchers conduct extensive face-to-face interviews over a year-long period in order to get the most accurate feedback about the market. Recommendations come only as a result of (1) evidence of outstanding case successes in the last year; and (2) consistently positive feedback from peers and clients. Benchmark is the tool for in-house counsel seeking an individual expert in a particular field, a national powerhouse with exceptional bench strength, or a local leader in an unfamiliar jurisdiction.
