Keith Covington Serves As Panelist at EEOC Meeting

Keith Covington, a partner in the firm's Birmingham office, was a roundtable panelist at "The EEOC at Forty-Five: Charting a Path toward Equal Employment" meeting, which took place on November 4, 2010. The event was sponsored by the EEOC’s Birmingham District Office, the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute, the Alabama Industry Liaison Group, and the Alabama Bar Labor and Employment Section. The new EEOC Chair, Jacqueline A. Berrien, provided the keynote address.
