Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Partner John D. Watson Chosen to Represent Alabama State Bar at 11th Circuit Judicial Conference

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP partner John D. Watson has been selected as one of three attorneys who will represent the Alabama State Bar Association for the upcoming Circuit Judicial Conference of the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. This is an annual meeting of federal judges in the 11th Circuit. The conference features presentations and roundtable discussions by lawyers and scholars on issues of importance to the courts, as well as continuing legal education programs.

Watson is a litigator who handles a wide variety of complex cases in both state and federal courts. He has substantial experience involving product liability, personal injury defense, consumer class action, general commercial, and securities fraud cases. His clients include leading manufacturers of tires, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, as well as agricultural, heavy industrial and children’s products. Many of the matters he works on are national in scope, including several involving federal multi-district litigation.
