David Roth Appointed ABA Committee Chair

David Roth, a partner in the Birmingham office and member of the firm's Environmental & Toxic Tort Practice Group, has been appointed Chair of the Environmental Energy and Natural Resources Law Committee of the Business Law Section of the ABA. David previously served as the Vice-Chair-Programming of the Committee. The Business Law Section is the second largest Section of the ABA and has approximately 60,000 members. The appointment, which is effective as of the end of the Annual ABA meeting in August of 2011, carries a 3-year term.​
