Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Partner Matthew H. Lembke Elected to American Academy of Appellate Lawyers
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that partner Matthew H. Lembke has been elected to the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers. Membership in the Academy is by invitation, and open only to attorneys with a distinguished reputation as an appellate lawyer. Lembke is one of only three appellate lawyers in all of Alabama who are members of the Academy, which is limited to just 500 attorneys in the entire United States.
“This is a tremendous honor for Matt, and we congratulate him on this significant career milestone,” said Firm Chairman Beau Grenier. “Matt’s membership in the Academy underscores his career-long dedication to appellate law and advocating on behalf of his clients.”
Lembke, one of four Bradley Arant Boult Cummings lawyers to have clerked for the Supreme Court of the United States, has more than 17 years of experience in handling appeals in both state and federal courts, including arguing cases in the Alabama Supreme Court and the D.C., Fifth, and Eleventh Circuits.
