Former Chief of Staff to Governor Riley, Dave Stewart, Joins Bradley Arant Boult Cummings

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Dave Stewart, former Chief of Staff to Alabama Governor Bob Riley, has joined the firm as Senior Advisor for Government Affairs and Economic Development. Stewart, who has spent his career serving in high-level positions in government, politics and the private sector, will work primarily with the firm’s government relations and economic development teams. He will partner with the firm’s clients to help them navigate the increasingly complex world of government at the national, state and local levels.

Prior to serving as Chief of Staff to Governor Riley, Stewart served as Riley’s Senior Advisor, and as a senior advisor to Congressman Jo Bonner (R-AL). He was the Director of Business Development for ForestExpress LLC, a forest products industry e-commerce services provider, and the co-founder and Senior Business Development Manager for Lumber Logic Corp, an online virtual marketplace for the building materials industry. Stewart holds an MBA from the Manderson Graduate School of Business at the University of Alabama and a B.Sc. from the University of Alabama.
