Kevin C. Newsom (partner in the Birmingham office), Anna Manasco Dionne (associate in the Birmingham office) and Jack L. Wilson (associate in the Jackson office) authored an amicus brief filed in the U.S. Supreme Court case of Philip Morris USA Inc. v. Jackson.
