Jonathan Hooks To Moderate Appellate Seminar

Jonathan Hooks, a lawyer in the Firm’s litigation practice group, will moderate an appellate practice panel discussion at this year’s Alabama State Bar Convention in Point Clear. The topic will be “Waiver of Arguments on Appeal,” and panelists include Judge Joel F. Dubina of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals; former Alabama Supreme Court Justice Champ Lyons and practitioner Madeline F. Haikala. Jonathan serves as the Chair of the State Bar’s Appellate Practice Section.
