BABC 2011 Software Institute

Wendy Mullins, Counsel in the firm's Jackson office, recently traveled to Oxford, MS to serve as the local moderator for the 2011 Software Institute which was broadcast to an audience of approximately 30 entrepreneurs and university officials. The event, which was presented live in Nashville, TN, was free to attendees and covered such topics as Raising Capital for Software Companies; Copyright Issues and Infringement; Patent and Trade Secret Law Protection; Licensing Agreements; Software Performance Litigation; Open Source Issues; Licensing Compliance/ Software Audits; and Healthcare IT M&A.
