Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Attorney Clarence Webster Named to Downtown Jackson Partners Advisory Board

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Clarence Webster, III has been named to the Downtown Jackson Partners (DJP) Advisory Board. Members of the DJP Advisory Board provide input to the DJP staff and Board of Directors in order for the organization to carry out its mission. The Advisory Council is invited to all Board meetings and serves as advocates for Downtown Jackson.

“Clarence is very involved in the business community of Downtown Jackson, and we congratulate him on this appointment,” said Firm Chairman Beau Grenier. “We know he will be of great value to the Downtown Jackson Partners board.”

Webster’s practice focuses primarily on products liability, commercial, and financial services litigation. He has handled a variety of matters in both federal and state trial courts in Mississippi, Tennessee, Florida, Louisiana, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Alabama. He advises a broad range of clients in cases involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, contract disputes, products liability, mass torts, commercial and residential real estate, fraud, legal malpractice, and appellate litigation. Webster holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. (with honors) from the University of Mississippi.
