Richard Warren Quoted in The Tennessean

Richard Warren was quoted in The Tennessean regarding an article which discusses the plans for an east-west transit ssytem in Downtown Nashville. BABC Attorney, Richard Warren serves as a repressentative for the Nashville Chamber of Commerce's Corridor Steering Committee. Of the project, Warren said, "Nashville will have the population of Denver by 2035, and they have a very robust transit system...We need additional transit alternatives now. We can't just wait until the traffic is already here."
