Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Attorney Wendy Mullins Judges Fourth Annual New Venture Challenge

BABC Attorney Wendy Mullins served as a Judge in the Mississippi Technology Alliance’s Fourth Annual New Venture Challenge, a competition held in Downtown Jackson in which entrepreneurs are given the chance to present business plans and innovative technologies, and mingle with venture capitalists from Mississippi and elsewhere. Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP served as the title sponsor for the event, a sponsorship which included attorneys contributing time to mentor participants, to serve as judges, and to award cash prizes. Mullins stressed that it was “not an academic exercise,” but a great opportunity for serious entrepreneurs to network and hopefully get their start in Mississippi, saying, “The firm as a whole is very committed to trying to help foster and nurture an ecosystem in this state that will help struggling entrepreneurs thrive.”
