Huntsville partner Scott Burnett Smith comments on U.S. Supreme Court’s class action ruling

Several national, regional, and local publications quoted Huntsville partner Scott Burnett Smith on the Supreme Court’s decision vacating the class action against Wal-Mart. [The National Law Journal, Portfolio.com, and al.com]

Scott chairs the DRI’s Appellate Advocacy Committee as well as its Amicus Committee. He is also the program chair for the DRI’s national class action seminar, which will be held in Washington D.C. in July.
