Beau Byrd Recognized as Senior Council Member by UA's ACRE Board of Trustees
Beau Byrd, II, was recently reappointed to the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE) Leadership Council at The University of Alabama and recognized as Senior Council Member. Council members focus on long-term growth and development of the Center, provide insight and counsel on current market trends, and enhance the sustainability of ACRE through vision, resourcefulness, and creativity. Beau is a partner in the Birmingham office. He graduated from Auburn University (accounting) and received his law degree from Cumberland. Beau has extensive experience representing developers, owners, and financial institutions in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including NMTC, Senior Housing, Retail, Office, and Multi-Family. He is Chairperson of the Real Property, Probate, and Estate Section of the Alabama State Bar.
