Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Wendy R. Mullins has been named as one of the Mississippi Business Journal’s “50 Leading Businesswomen for 2011.” The annual program honors the achievements and contributions of women in business from across the state.

Mullins is a member of the Corporate and Securities practice in the firm’s Jackson office. She assists emerging growth and technology companies as well as small businesses with many of their day-to-day business issues which often involves drafting various commercial contracts and licensing agreements, as well as assisting with the development of intellectual property protection and commercialization strategies. Mullins also aids established companies with merger and acquisition activities, commercial transactions and financial negotiations. She is a member of the Mississippi Secretary of State’s Technology and Intellectual Property Study Group, is listed as an Entrepreneurial Service Provider with the Mississippi Technology Alliance and serves on the board of directors for CIT.ms. Mullins holds a J.D. with Distinction from Mississippi College School of Law and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
