Charles Stewart Appointed as Chair of the DRI’s Product Liability Committee

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings partner Chuck Stewart was recently appointed to serve a one-year term as Chair of the Defense Research Institute’s Product Liability Committee. Chuck has extensive litigation experience in several states defending national and international corporations in product liability matters including defending manufacturers, distributors, component part suppliers, and retailers in cases involving allegations of defective cars, trucks, commercial vehicles, tires, building products, chemicals, food, air conditionings, boats, pharmaceuticals, and elevators. The DRI is the international membership organization of attorneys involved defending the interests of business and individuals in civil litigation, as well as providing educational and informational resources and networking opportunities to its members.
