James Childs Quoted in Birmingham Business Journal
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings partner James Childs was recently quoted in the Birmingham Business Journal regarding the growing trend of “crowdfunding,” a method of raising capital whereby small businesses can use the internet to accept donations from large numbers of individual investors. The trend is gaining bipartisan support as well as an endorsement from President Obama who is including crowdfunding in his jobs plan.
