BABC Partners Mark Bledsoe and Greg Peterson to Speak at Upcoming Life Science Tennessee Annual Meeting

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings is co-sponsoring the first Life Sciences Research Reception with LifeSciTN and Vanderbilt. The Life Sciences Tennessee Annual Meeting will focus on the recent ruling made by the European Court of Justice regarding Patents and Stem Cells, and its implications on the Life Sciences community. BABC partner Mark Bledsoe will discuss the implications for researchers and the Life Sciences industry in the United States while Greg Peterson will be discussing how to better connect technology transfer staff, legal and regulatory advisors and capital in order to bring innovation to the marketplace.
