David Deusner Speaks at 2011 Chicago Association of Litigation Support Managers CALSM-posium

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings’ Director of Litigation Support & E-discovery Services, David Deusner, spoke recently at the Chicago Association of Litigation Support Managers’ CALSM-posium in Chicago. He participated in a panel discussion on the topic of "Ediscovery: Understanding Concept Analytics Linguistic/Semantic, Mathematical." He is responsible for the design and implementation of the firm’s litigation support infrastructure and directs firm wide training and education on current trends and topics in eDiscovery.

As part of the eDiscovery services offered by the firm, Deusner and his team regularly assist clients with developing and updating electronic records management policies and procedures to ensure they are prepared to deal with issues long before they arise. Those services include advising companies on developing legal holds policies and procedures and strategizing targeted collection practices. Deusner is a member of several regional and national groups focused on eDiscovery issues as well as a frequent speaker and lecturer.
