BABC Partner Stephen Hall Quoted in PCWorld Regarding Emerging Legal Challenges of Electronic Discovery

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Partner Stephen Hall was recently quoted in an article in PCWorld entitled “How Google Was Tripped up by a Bad Search.” The article discusses the emerging legal challenges in electronic discovery through the current example found in Google’s battle with Oracle. In this instance, a Google employee’s email was not identified by e-discovery software as a privileged document and consequently revealed the suggested willful infringement of Oracle’s patents by Google.
