Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Attorneys Ethan Tidmore and Benjamin McArthur Selected as Members of Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum Class 8
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Ethan T. Tidmore, a litigation partner in the firm’s Birmingham office, and Benjamin L. McArthur, a litigation associate in the firm’s Huntsville office, have been selected as members of the Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum Class 8.
The mission of the Leadership Forum includes building a core of practicing lawyers who strive to raise the overall standards of the Bar and change the trajectory of the State of Alabama through active leadership.

Tidmore focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and creditor’s rights. He has represented financial institutions, manufacturers, healthcare companies and a wide range of other businesses and individuals in trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts. A leader in the American Bar Association (ABA) Young Lawyers Division (YLD), Tidmore recently was elected to a three-year term as the YLD’s delegate-at-large to the ABA’s House of Delegates.
McArthur represents individuals and businesses in commercial, intellectual property and real estate litigation matters in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels. A member of the firm’s Life Sciences Group, he also regularly defends doctors and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice actions as well as drug and medical device manufacturers in product liability cases. McArthur recently was elected secretary of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association for the 2011-2012 term.
Tidmore holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama. McArthur earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Mississippi.
